Lease agreements*

Each occupant signs a lease that has detailed information as to the use of storage units, and obligations of occupant and owner. A $20.00, one-time only, non-refundable administrations fee is due at that time, and rent is pro-rated (amount deducted for days not used) except when it is the first of the month. Long-term leases, pre-paid (one year or longer) carry a discount. Rent is due on the 25th for the following month. Occupying unit past the first day of the month obligates tenant for the whole month. Please use the slot in the front door when office is not open, and remember to identify your payment with the unit number and name.

Late payments

A $10.00 late fee will be added on the 10th & 20th ($20.00 total) to the monthly rent, and is due and payable before lockout is removed. Thirty days of non-payment will initiate lien proceedings. Rent will not change for the first six months of signing the lease. Thereafter, rent may be subject to a minmal increase of up to 10% of the monthly rent. A thirty-day notice in writing must be given before vacating. Rent will continue to be charged to the occupant, until all keys and locks are identified (by occupant) and returned to the office personnel.
